MCM’s messiest and muddiest event, Run Amuck, has expanded its color palette for the corresponding participant waves to facilitate a smooth start on June 4. With four and two mile versions of its course, Run Amuck will send runners into the hills of Quantico to encounter more than 20 obstacles and mud challenges. 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m. Red
7:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m. Yellow
8:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m. Blue
