Runners love to display finisher medals and there are no medals more impressive than those distributed by the Marines at the Marine Corps War Memorial. MCM, MCM10K and MCM50K finishers will receive uniquely beautiful and meaningfully designed medals that incorporate Marine Corps icons and celebrate the accomplishment of a #RunWithTheMarines.
As a way to enhance the display of finisher medals, iTAB is partnering with the MCM to make available a new personalized product. Runners will now be able to personalize their finisher medal with their name and finish time with the option of including a personal message.
The iTAB is a small engraved plate that slides onto the medal ribbon with a unique iTAB buckle. The design has been matched to the MCM medal finish to complement the design.
“The Marine Corps Marathon is all about celebrating the honor, courage and commitment of its finishers. The motto ‘Run with purpose, finish with pride’ completely embodies what the iTAB is all about, although we might be inclined ot finish it off with…and commemorate your achievement with an iTAB,” said Ceri Philpott, Managing Director, iTAB.
If runners didn’t purchase an iTAB during registration, participants can simply log back into their Haku account and order an iTAB in a few simple steps. After event day, iTABs can be ordered here online.
