The Observation Deck at CEB Tower is newest attraction in the nation’s capital providing visitors with a whole new perspective on the region and the MCM. View “The People’s Marathon” for the first time from 31 stories up and see expansive views of the city. Chose to visit the Observation Deck and enjoy an inclusive food and drinks package or as part of the discounted spectator experience. The Observation Deck is in downtown Rosslyn, the location of the MCM Finish Festival and walking distance to the MCM start and finish.
Tickets are on sale now for the VIP Spectator Experience to view the MCM from start to finish from a truly exceptional vantage point! Breakfast and lunch will be made to order throughout the event, with inclusive juice, coffee, soda, beer, wine, and signature cocktails. Join the excitement for the first year of a truly unique spectator experience. Limited tickets will be made available for guests to enjoy in and out access throughout the morning from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm. Watch the start, then take the glass elevators to street level to cheer the runners on along the course through Rosslyn.
The Observation Deck is the perfect start point to get bearings and see all of the sights including The Washington Monument, Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, The Capitol Building, Supreme Court, Pentagon, Arlington National Cemetery, National Cathedral, Georgetown, and more. Plus on the day of the MCM, enjoy incredible bird’s eye views of the start and finish lines, the Key Bridge at mile marker 4, the run along the Potomac in front of The Kennedy Center, under Memorial Bridge, and beyond! Visitors can enjoy special discounts all weekend long and runners can join the fun on the Observation Deck after the run beginning at 1:00 pm on MCM day.
Perched 387 feet above street level at the Rosslyn metro stop is a brand-new experience, The Observation Deck at CEB Tower. With floor to ceiling windows, custom millwork benches wrapping the entire interior wall, and technology installations that provide interactive views into history – the views are only part of what make this special. As the second tallest publicly accessible point, views from these windows provide visibility around the entire Beltway, from Silver Spring to FedEx Field, Andrews Air Force Base, National Harbor, Alexandria, Tysons, and beyond. This is truly the view of DC.
For the entire weekend, Thursday – Monday, and after 1:00 pm on Sunday, tickets will be discounted to $18 for all runners and their supporters and $12 for all military with valid ID.
