The MCM Health & Fitness Expo, annually held in the national capital region each October, has been nominated for the Trade Show News Network’s prestigious “Best of Show” Award.
While the MCM is among five trade shows selected for the top honor, it is the only show nominated within the running and endurance industry.
Voting continues through Friday, July 21 and anyone can cast a vote for the MCM Health & Fitness Expo. Runners, their supporters and other MCM enthusiasts are requested to support the MCM.
According to The Trade Show News Network (TSNN), the shows were selected by a panel of judges for “initiating an ‘out of the box’ idea and for hosting a show floor that “created an unparalleled end-user experience.”
Last year, the MCM relocated its Health & Fitness Expo to the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center at National Harbor, MD. The Marine Corps Marathon Organization thoroughly utilized social and mass media channels to provide weekend transportation and event information to its participants.
The TSNN says about the MCM nomination, “we salute them for accomplishing the mission of a very successful event!”
The 2017 Health & Fitness Expo will be held at the Gaylord National Resort on October 20-21.
