MCM Four Star Package

The MCM Four Star Registration Package offers a stellar bundle of benefits starting with guaranteed entries to the 2025 MCM and to stay at the location of the MCM Health & Fitness Expo. This incredible comprehensive bundle includes entries, hotel nights, hospitality, transportation and more! Choose from packages based on length of stay, days of the week and one or two runners. All packages include a guaranteed MCM entry. Two runner package options offer a second entry for the MCM .

Entries

Four Star Registration includes a guaranteed entry into the 50th MCM on October 26 and an option for a second guaranteed entry.

Hotel

The MCM Four Star Package includes options based on hotel night preference between Friday and Sunday of MCM Weekend:

• Two nights with one registration (Sat-Sun) – $2,300
• Three nights with one registration (Fri-Sat-Sun) – $3,000
• Three nights with two registration (Fri-Sat-Sun) – $3,500

Four Star runners will stay at the MCM headquarters hotel, the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located at the 300-acre National Harbor waterfront entertainment district and location of the MCM Health & Fitness Expo. The Gaylord National is just eight miles south of D.C. and only 15 minutes from the MCM start. Runners choose one or two beds in this first-class resort destination. Parking, shuttle to the MCM start and return Metro fare cards are included in the package. In addition to the Expo, Runners will receive a special information session, fast pass, and commemorative 50th Anniversary item .

The MCM Four Star Registration hosts runners at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Featuring a 19-story glass atrium overlooking the Potomac River, MCM Four Star runners will appreciate Gaylord National’s award-winning service, dining, shopping and entertainment and convenience to MCM- all under one roof. Guest rooms offer mini-fridge, coffee maker and two bottled waters per day. Bathrooms are beautifully appointed with granite countertops, dual-sinks, and marble floors. All hotel fees are included in the overall Package pricing including parking.

Events

Enjoy the ease and attention that comes with being a Four Star runner throughout MCM Weekend, like no waiting in lines and a special information session!

Runners will enjoy an expedited Packet Pick-up process at the Health & Fitness Expo and an exclusive 50th Anniversary item.

On event morning, enjoy a Four Star Welcome Tent with light refreshments, private porta-potties and other appealing amenities at your start area.

Four Star Runners: If you are unable to participate in your event, your registration is deferrable but not any associated products or services. To transfer your Four Star package to another runner, please contact the MCM Customer Service Team.

Transportation

Parking at the Gaylord National Resort during your stay is included in the MCM Four Star package.

On the morning of the MCM, Four Star runners will be transported in a ‘Runners-Only’ shuttle directly to the Runners Village for the MCM start. To return to the Gaylord, runners will be provided a Metro SmarTrip card for transportation from the Finish Festival in Rosslyn to the shuttles at Eisenhower Metro station that will return you directly to the Gaylord Hotel.

Additional metro passes can be purchased at the time of registration.

A limited number of Four Star packages are available now. Runners will receive a confirmation email following successful registration.

Please note that there will be a hotel registration desk link contained in the email. This is where you will book your room. Please ensure that your stay matches the selection you inputted at the time of registering for the Four Star package.

Any Four Star Package inquiries prior to the week of the MCM should be directed to mcmcustomerservice@usmc-mccs.org. In October, Four Star runners will receive the e-card featuring the official bib number. Runners will present the e-card and receive a Four Star itinerary, other event tickets and amenities at the MCM Health & Fitness Expo.

The Four Star Package is non-refundable unless you have purchased the refundable Protect Group option at the time of registration. It is also non-transferrable and non-deferrable.
